We are pleased to inform you that the Amaco Group has agreed with N.V. Algemeen Nederlands Trustkantoor (“ANT-Trust”) on the acquisition as per 13 June 2007 of Amaco’s Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Aruba, the British Virgin Islands and Belgium  operations.

ANT-Trust, with origins in 1897, was originally focused on Trustee Services for Bond and Depositary Receipt holders. In recent years they have decided to broaden their scope with Fund Services, Securitizations, Management and Corporate Services. With Amaco’s prime focus on Management and Corporate Services, the combination makes it a perfect match.

Since 1956 we have built a tradition of trust. Together with ANT-Trust, as a full service corporate services provider, we expect to further strengthen our position and to continue to provide you with the best possible service and more.
 
Operationally nothing will change. The same contact persons in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Belgium, Curaçao, Aruba and the British Virgin Islands, will continue to offer you the expert corporate services that you have come to expect.

Please be informed that we recently moved and integrated our Amsterdam offices at the new premises of ANT-Trust. We will continue to operate the business using the Amaco name under license for a transition period.
